Saint Benedict of Aniane is called the Second Benedict. He was a Benedictine monk and monastic reformer, who left a large imprint on the religious practice of the Carolingian Empire. He is Venerated in the Roman Catholic Church and Eastern Orthodox Church. His feast day is February 12.
